The Relationship Executive (RE) assists the Relationship Manager (RM) in meeting his/her sales targets by arranging meetings with prospective clients as per the target quota.
The RE is responsible for lead generation, lead qualification, prospect-calling, booking meeting appointments, and other relevant tasks that are part of the sales pipeline.
The RE must maintain the CRM database well-documented and up-to-date at all times.
Key skills for the role:
Communication Skills - must be proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Research Skills - able to search for relevant and accurate information about prospects and their contact details
Prospecting Skills - able to generate leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Task management Skills - must be able to handle tasks in an organized, efficient, and timely manner
CRM Skills - have experience in using CRM software
MS Office Skills - must be proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
Sales Skills - proven experience in Sales or a Service-oriented role.
