About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for attracting real estate agencies and agents to the BrokerDeck platform. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is comfortable with direct in-person sales and experienced in UAE real estate market.
This role is designed for an active salesperson who knows how to close deals, handle objections, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire corporate and individual clients for the BrokerDeck platform.
Prospect new clients (at events, through personal connections, etc.)
Establish relationships with key decision makers in agencies and close deals.
Perform product demonstrations.
Manage sales pipeline in the CRM.
Gather feedback and improve sales approach.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of experience in direct B2B/B2C sales..
2+ years of experience in Real Estate Agency in UAE.
Existing network of contacts among real estate agents in Dubai, with an address book of over 100 contacts.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Expected Results
Achieve
50 - 100
new subscriptions per month.
Maintain a high renewal rate with existing customers.
What We Offer
Base Salary: 5,000 - 13,000 AED
Commission: 70 AED per each subscription sold.
All necessary tools: CRM, demo access, marketing materials.
