The Role

Position Title:

Sales Executive - Fit Out & Renovations Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 8K AED depending on experience & qualifications plus monthly commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A trusted partner for premium villa construction, renovation, and home improvement services across the UAE, specializing in transforming residential spaces into elegant, functional, and personalized living environments. : ? Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations ? Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Dubai fit-out and renovation market ? Build and maintain a strong network of client connections for sales opportunities. Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions ? Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility



Requirements

Qualifications:

? Male, 45 years old & below ? Proven sales experience, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance. ? Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works, and related processes ?
