Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Ayat Developments' off-plan projects to direct clients and real estate agencies.
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers to generate leads and drive sales.
Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with potential buyers.
Educate clients about project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and regulatory changes.
Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on leads and enhance conversion rates.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Developer Real Estate Sales.
UAE driving license and own car.
