Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in a fish pet store, aquarium supplies, or a similar retail environment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about aquatic products, fish care, and pet accessories, while also being skilled in sales, customer service, and relationship management. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting fish, aquarium products, and related pet supplies. Provide knowledgeable guidance on fish care, tank setup, feeding, and maintenance. Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Maintain product displays, stock levels, and ensure a clean, attractive sales area. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including repeat and loyal clients. Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or complaints. Keep updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in pet care.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fish pet store, aquarium, or similar pet retail industry. Strong knowledge of aquatic animals, fish health, and aquarium systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be based in Dubai.
