Sales Executive

Job Description

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities in waterproofing and construction services. Identify and engage with potential clients including contractors, developers, architects and property managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. meet sales targets by generating leads and closing deals. Attend client meetings, Networking events and industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements



Age: Below 30 years Experience: 2-4 years in sales(Preferably within waterproofing, construction, or related industries in Dubai.) Strong client network: At least 10 contacts in construction or property development companies. Proven Track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication and negotiable skills in English (Hindi is a plus). Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Self-Motivated, target- oriented and able to work independently.
