Key Responsibilities:
Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
Present and promote luxury real estate projects to prospective buyers
Schedule meetings, property viewings, and site visits with interested clients
Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory and market trends
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate referrals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Keep CRM and sales reports updated with accurate client interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage
