Overview

DNL Express Courier Service is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our reliable courier and logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in e-commerce, retail, and other industries requiring logistics solutions. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Sales Generation:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and lead conversion. Present and promote DNL Express' services, including same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and COD services.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Sales Planning:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Cross-Selling Opportunities:

Promote additional services such as international shipping, fulfillment, and return logistics.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license is an advantage and willingness to travel as needed.
