We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our long-term growth.

Job Summary:

The Agriculture Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural products, including indoor and outdoor plants, fertilizers, and potting soil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture sales, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and a UAE driving license. The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients, including landscape companies, supermarkets, and malls. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Promote and sell our products, focusing on the benefits and features that meet the clients' needs. Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in agriculture sales or a related field. Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, fertilizers, and potting soil. Proven ability to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Valid UAE driving license. Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
