. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions (ERP, SaaS, ITSM).
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven track record in software sales
(ERP / SaaS / ITSM products experience is a must).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
