Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned FMCG categories.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across retail, wholesale.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular visits, effective communication, and customer support.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to optimize sales tactics.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
5-10 years of proven FMCG sales experience
in
Dubai/UAE
market.
Strong network and knowledge of both
food and non-food
FMCG categories.
Excellent understanding of retail and distribution channels in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
