Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE and Oman. The role offers a fixed salary plus an attractive incentive package, providing both stability and high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell gypsum powder to B2B clients across UAE and Oman.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to close deals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product comparisons.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in coordination with the commercial team.
Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business development.
Monitor industry trends and market developments to refine sales strategies.
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and submit regular reports to management.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma acceptable; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce preferred
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials and B2B sales in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi languages is a must; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across UAE and Oman
