Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven
Sales Executives
with 3-4 years of proven experience in IT solution sales in the UAE market. The role requires strong hunting skills, client relationship management, and the ability to position Meridian's portfolio of services and solutions to SMB and Enterprise clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across SMB and enterprise segments.
Drive revenue growth by positioning Microsoft offerings (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365), cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and managed services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the region.
Represent Meridian Solutions at client meetings, industry events, and partner forums.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in IT solution sales in the UAE region (Dubai/Abu Dhabi preferred).
Prior experience selling Microsoft solutions (Azure, Dynamics 365, M365) and/or cybersecurity & cloud offerings is a strong advantage.
Existing client network in the UAE market will be an added plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
