Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Al Nabdha Flour Mills' foodstuff products to new and existing clients in the UAE market Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to expand business reach Negotiate deals, contracts, and close sales effectively Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order deliveries and payment collections Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the foodstuff industry

(mandatory) Strong network of contacts within the UAE foodstuff/grocery market is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam) will be an added advantage
