Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Keep track of market trends and competitors to identify potential areas of growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role (minimum 1-3 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Valid driving license preferred
(advantageous for field visits and client meetings)
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Experience:
Background in [insert industry, e.g., Facility Management, Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, Security Services, etc.]
Experience dealing with B2B or B2C customers, depending on the role
