Job description:



We are seeking a driven and articulate Sales Executive to promote our suite of certification programs to clinics/hospitals, airlines, freight forwarders, and industrial hazardous goods handlers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance-driven industries and a passion for building strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth and client acquisition across the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in healthcare, aviation, logistics, and industrial sectors. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote the institute's training programs. Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our training courses. Co-ordinate with team members /customers on scheduling classes and relevant documentation for such classes including communication with authorities involved. Create batch dockets for complete sessions. Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Coordinate and execute events and webinars to engage prospects and customers. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities. Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination, preferably in the training or education sector. Strong communication skills in English - written/verbal Ability to complete the predefined documentation process for scheduled classes Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with multiple stakeholders for smooth conduct of classes.
