The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the fast-moving consumer goods sector with a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong relationships with restaurant clients and driving sales growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential restaurant clients to expand the customer base. - Present and promote our range of fresh fruits and vegetables to meet clients' needs. - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecast future sales targets. - Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the brand and network with potential clients.



Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce sales to restaurants or hospitality sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Good understanding of the UAE market and restaurant industry dynamics. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Ability to handle multiple clients and manage sales pipelines efficiently. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
