Sales Executive - Interior Fit-Out (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Executive with strong experience in the interior fit-out and renovation industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for projects such as villas, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE interior fit-out market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and real estate networks. Understand client requirements and propose tailored fit-out and renovation solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handover. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing.

Requirements

Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Minimum 3years of UAE sales experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects. Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Existing network of clients and contacts in UAE is a strong advantage. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
