Sales Executive
to handle customer visits, online inquiries, and phone calls from our Dubai warehouse.Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting our Jebel Ali warehouse. Handle online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website chat. Manage incoming phone calls and provide product details, availability, and delivery information. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries. Provide excellent customer service and help drive sales.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or customer service (furniture experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Basic computer skills for handling chats, emails, and CRM updates. Friendly, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Must have a valid UAE visa and be currently residing in Dubai.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
