Experience: Minimum 2 years of hotel sales and short-term rental apartment experience in Dubai.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the hotel and hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in a hotel environment, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
This role is focused on increasing room sales, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through corporate and travel trade partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase hotel room sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with front office, reservations, and revenue teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the hotel.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and corporate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
