Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
to join our growing fit-out company. You will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, building strong relationships, and closing profitable deals. At least 2-3 years of experience in same field in uae
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and construction industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with design, project, and estimation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in fit-out, interior design, or construction.
Strong network within the real estate, construction, or commercial fit-out sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
