OVO Luxury Signature is a Dubai-based House of Fashion dedicated to luxury women's wear and full brand-building services. We support designers and fashion entrepreneurs with design, sampling, production, branding, marketing, and distribution.
We are expanding our offline sales team and seeking a
Sales Executive
who can represent OVO's elegance, manage client relationships, and drive sales from lead to delivery.
Responsibilities
Act as the face of OVO in offline sales (client meetings, pop-ups, exhibitions, and private showings).
Manage the
entire sales cycle
: from lead generation and pre-qualification, to closing deals, ensuring delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-end clients.
Update and maintain client records, interactions, and deals in Zoho CRM.
Work closely with Production, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order completion and delivery.
Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Share sales reports, insights, and customer feedback with management.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (luxury fashion, retail, or high-end lifestyle industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional presentation and ability to handle VIP clients.
Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).
