Sales Executives

(Commission-Based Only) - Fit Out

SectorInspacia Interior Design, a specialized company in interior design and Fit Out projects, is seeking to hire 3 highly professional Sales Executives with proven experience in the UAE market and strong connections with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the company's client base by securing new projects.

Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants.

Present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals successfully.

Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and analyse competitors.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Fit Out or interior finishing sales in the UAE.

Strong and reliable network with developers and contractors in Dubai.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is considered an advantage.
