The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Sales Manager
with a
hunter's drive
and an
entrepreneur's spirit
. Someone who doesn't just wait for systems, but builds them; who gets energy from closing deals, traveling, and turning "no" into "yes."
You'll start by focusing on
customized recycled plastic furniture for corporates and fit-out companies
, then expand into other product lines as we grow. Every client project is unique, every order is custom, and your job is to inspire clients with our story of sustainability while bringing in results.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B and B2G sales, starting with
customized recycled plastic furniture
.
Build long-term relationships with corporates, government entities, and fit-out companies.
Develop sales funnels for new product lines, one by one.
Recruit and mentor line sales managers as the company scales.
Deliver
tangible results
toward our 300,000 AED/month revenue target at 40% profitability.
Represent Midori with enthusiasm, inspiring clients with the
story of sustainability
behind every product.
Requirements
Proven hunter profile
: you've personally closed deals for physical/customized products (furniture, interiors, gifts, construction materials, events).
3-6 years of B2B/B2G
field sales experience
with client-tailored solutions.
Independent, adventurous personality -- thrives in unstructured environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to inspire clients with enthusiasm and genuine passion for sustainability.
Not afraid of turbulence -- comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup.
Compensation & Growth
Base salary
: AED 5,000 / month.
Commission
: 10% on personal sales.
Development path:
Option A
: Remain a pure hunter with higher commission and lean setup.
Option B
: Grow into Head of Sales with a base + smaller % override on team.
