, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients Negotiate and close sales deals with clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners Provide clients with guidance and information on the market conditions and available properties
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Valid driving license (if applicable) and own vehicle preferred
