Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai branch. The role requires an energetic professional who can convert leads into successful clients, build strong relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets in the education consultancy and visa services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and convert potential leads into enrolled students. Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents, explaining available courses, universities, and visa pathways. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the counseling and documentation team to ensure smooth student application and visa processes. Attend education fairs, seminars, and events to promote the brand and generate leads. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Stay updated with international education trends, visa regulations, and partner university offerings.
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the education, immigration, or related service industry (mandatory). Strong background in student visa consultation sales (Study Visa, Visitor Visa, PR, Work Permit - especially for Canada, UK, USA, Germany, Australia). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Arabic/Hindi is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
