Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in
Personal Loans.
Good understanding of personal loan processes, credit criteria, and lending norms. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer segments. Basic computer and reporting skills.Compensation & Benefits:
