Identify potential clients through calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
Build, develop, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the firm's accounting and advisory services.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to assess their accounting needs and present appropriate solutions.
Communicate the firm's service offerings (e.g., tax, audit, bookkeeping) clearly and persuasively to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospects.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and foster new business opportunities.
Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Report on sales activity and performance indicators.
Provide feedback on client preferences and market demands to management for service optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting or professional services.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious.
