Brightstar Building Material Trading LLC, one of the

leading manufacturers and suppliers of MEP products

in the UAE for over 5 years, is expanding our dynamic sales team. We specialize in

Cable Management Systems

including Cable Trays, Cable Ladders, Threaded Rods, Slotted Channels, Conduits, Wiring Accessories, and other MEP products.

We are currently hiring

Sales Engineers

and

Sales Executives

with proven experience in the same product line.

Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market. Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets. Provide technical support and solutions to clients on product requirements. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients for orders.

Requirements:

Mandatory Driving License

(UAE).

Relevant experience in Cable Management Systems or similar MEP products is required.

Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and MEP market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Salary Range:

AED

3,000 - 12,000

per month (depending on experience and achievement of sales targets).
