Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture leads through the sales pipeline, and support long-term strategic goals through effective client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, digital & personal outreach, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer acquisition strategies. Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline management in CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). UAE Driver's License (Must Have) Minimum 2 years UAE Experience
