Job Summary

Build Mode Industries FZ LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based experience in the

scaffolding and steel industry

. The ideal candidate will have a strong client network, excellent knowledge of industry products, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the scaffolding and steel sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations as required. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policy. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations. Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer needs. Maintain a strong understanding of scaffolding systems, steel structures, and associated services.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate closely with the operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE

scaffolding and steel industry

. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and steel fabrication processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
