Identify and target new business opportunities in commercial, retail, or residential fitout projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand their requirements.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Market Research & Business Development
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain records of all sales activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.
Post-Sales Support
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Follow up on client satisfaction and manage any issues or feedback after project completion.
Salary depend on the experience.
