We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and professional networking. Present financial products (brokerage, investment, insurance) tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to convert leads into clients. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely onboarding. Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates to management.
Preferred candidates with following experience :-

Brokerage / Securities Sales

Exposure to equity, forex, commodities, or derivatives dealing desks. Strong understanding of financial markets and economic indicators. Confident in discussing market movements and financial trends.

Sales in Finance-Adjacent Industries

Experience in fintech, B2B payment solutions, or institutional financial services. Track record of working with HNI or institutional clients. Skilled in consultative selling, needs assessment, and managing long sales cycles.

Insurance & Financial Planning

Background in life insurance, investment-linked products, or retirement planning. Ability to explain complex financial products and long-term investment benefits. Strong rapport-building and closing skills.
