We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and professional Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, responsible and adaptable, with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a competitive market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and client visits
Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers in a compelling manner
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals and quotations
Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and market feedback
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor analysis
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a competitive, target-driven environment
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Responsible, reliable and committed to delivering results
Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer demands
Strong organizational and time-management skills
