Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the jewellery industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, an in-depth understanding of jewellery products, and the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales strategies to achieve annual business plans and growth targets.
• Drive sales performance and maximise store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with store operational procedures, including security, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing needs, resolving issues, and escalating to the Store Manager as necessary.
• Handle payments, including cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Manage special orders, product availability issues, and repair orders with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Inspect and maintain product quality on display and in stock, arranging for cleaning or repairs as required.
• Ensure inventory of packing materials and other store supplies is adequate, reporting shortages to the Store Manager.

• Proven UAE experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu or Tamil (Required)
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Familiarity with store operations and sales procedures.
