To drive business development initiatives for manned guarding and facility services across UAE by identifying prospects, delivering tailored service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
.
Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative sales approaches.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Promote and sell manned guarding and integrated facility services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
Customize service offerings to suit client needs and sector-specific demands.
Client Engagement & Site Assessments:
Conduct site visits and basic risk assessments to understand client expectations.
Propose cost-effective, compliant solutions tailored to operational needs.
Proposal Development & Negotiation:
Prepare and present competitive quotations and service proposals.
Lead negotiations and finalize service agreements in coordination with management.
Relationship Management:
strong client relationships through regular check-ins and service reviews.
Coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain updated records of sales pipeline, inquiries, and conversion reports.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Provide insights to improve service offerings, pricing, and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
2-4 years of proven sales experience in the UAE facility services sector (preferred).
Skills Required:
Strong background in facility services sales, particularly manned guarding.
Existing network within real estate, property management, or institutional segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of local regulatory norms and contract terms related to facility services.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is a must.
