Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our cargo forwarding and shipping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting smooth shipment operations from inquiry to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales for the company's cargo forwarding and shipping services through various sales techniques. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls, market research, and lead generation. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to client requirements. Attend client meetings, present services effectively, and close sales deals. Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly revenue and KPI targets. Follow up on leads generated by other departments and cross-sell shipping services to existing clients. Track shipments, coordinate with operations, and ensure client satisfaction from booking to delivery. Follow up on payment collection as per company procedures. Maintain updated client information and sales activities in the CRM system. Investigate and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team and provide assistance in achieving overall departmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the cargo forwarding and shipping industry in UAE.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Strong attention to detail in preparing quotations, invoices requests, and shipping documentation. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to follow up on end-to-end shipment processes. Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients across various industries. Organized, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting team objectives.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
