Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive (on Spouse Visa)

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales for our technical and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and networking. Promote and sell services including MEP, HVAC, AMC contracts, and fit-out solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service presentations. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Must be on a

Spouse Visa

with valid UAE residency. Proven experience in sales, preferably within technical services or facility management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license is an advantage. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
