Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
Manage corporate, group, and event bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Represent the hotel/resort at industry events and trade shows
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in hospitality sales (hotels, resorts, or travel agencies)
Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Presentable, motivated, and target-driven
Immediate availability is required
