Job Description
We are looking for experienced female(only) sales staff for our Business center on full time basis having experience of 2-5yrs in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying potential clients through various methods like networking, cold calling, and social media.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value and address client needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
Skillfully negotiating sales terms and closing deals while ensuring both the client's and the company's needs are met.
Sales Target Achievement:
Working towards achieving monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management.
Market Research:
Conducting market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration:
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Customer Support:
Addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
