Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms Present and explain our services clearly in

Arabic and English

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers Maintain CRM entries and keep client data organized Coordinate with operations and installation teams Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English

(both spoken and written)

Valid UAE visa

(sponsored by husband/father/freelance preferred) Previous experience in

sales, customer support, or telemarketing

is a plus Basic tech-savviness: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM software (training provided) Professional and confident communication skills Ability to work

independently from home

in a quiet, distraction-free environment
