Responsibilities and Duties
Achieve Sales targets of assigned brands in his territory. Follow sales route diligently Ensure availability of goods in all assigned brands at the outlet. Stock rotation if required to eliminate market returns Cheque collection and on time closing of books Ensure availability of sufficient stock of all the SKU's in the assigned outlets Efficient use of the schemes as per the company norms to increase the sales. Develop and maintain good rapport with customers Provide proper service to trade as per the frequency of coverage. Distribution expansion through outlets additions and range selling. Reporting of day to day activities to the concerned Team Leader. Adhere to the systems and code of conduct of the company.
