Responsibilities:
Proactively seek out and develop new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach
Foster strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
Promote and present company products/services, aligning them with client needs
Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful client onboarding and support
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
Deliver engaging sales presentations and prepare customized proposals
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Represent the company in professional settings such as exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
