Sales Executive

. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets. Your primary focus will be on actively seeking new sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Managing existing accounts Coordinating with all teams to achieve seamless execution of orders. Identify and pursue new sales prospects through various channels including networking, cold calls, and online research. Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Deliver engaging and informative presentations about our products and services. Maintain an organized system for tracking sales activity and manage customer accounts efficiently. Handle negotiations and close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company. Collaborate closely with other team members to create and implement strategies that increase sales and enhance customer experience. Providing top-notch customer service Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve our offerings. Represent Conares at events and trade shows to promote our brand and connect with potential clients. Meeting sales targets.

Requirements

3 years+ Sales experience in the steel industry or related field. Strong command of English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus. Competency in using MS Office tools. Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resilient, with a genuine passion for sales. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, presentation and Customer Service skills. Ability to build rapport and establish connections with clients quickly. Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets Valid UAE Driving License is required. Experience in Sales Management Ability to work effectively in a team and independently * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
