Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target new potential clients, including pet stores, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and individual pet owners. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Meet sales targets and work to grow the company's market share in the pet-related sector.

Product Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of the pet products or services offered (food, toys, grooming supplies, healthcare, etc.). Provide expert advice on pet care and recommend products that meet the needs of clients and their pets.

Customer Service & Support:

Address any customer concerns or questions in a professional and friendly manner. Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports to sales managers regarding performance, targets, and customer insights.

Travel & Networking:

Travel across various regions in the UAE to meet clients and prospects, requiring a valid UAE driver's license. Attend pet-related events, exhibitions, or networking opportunities to build brand awareness and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the pet-related industry (pet products, services, or healthcare) is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Excellent negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Personal Traits:

Pet ownership experience is an advantage as it demonstrates understanding of pet needs and customer expectations. Passion for animals and the pet industry.

Language:

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not essential.

Driver's License:

Must have a valid UAE driver's license and own a vehicle for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

A genuine passion for pets and pet care. Previous experience in a sales or retail environment. Knowledge of the UAE market, especially the pet industry.
