Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented

Sales Executive

(on a

Spouse Visa

) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the technical and maintenance services field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calling, site visits, and networking. Promote and sell company services, including MEP works, HVAC solutions, AMC contracts, and fit-out services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service presentations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

Must be currently on a

Spouse Visa

with valid UAE residency. Prior experience in sales, ideally within technical services or facility management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE driving license is an added advantage. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
