Sales Executive

to join our team.

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will be confident in client interactions, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong understanding of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market Build and maintain strong client relationships Understand client needs and present suitable BIM staffing solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Meet sales targets and report regularly on performance Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in engineering/staffing/B2B services) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive and goal-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

Must have own valid UAE residence visa

(spouse/family/freelance)
