The candidate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, including gold, diamond, and other precious items. The role involves providing excellent customer service, showcasing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets in the competitive retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Discuss product information and guidance based on customer needs and preferences.
Thoroughly explain features, quality, and value of gold and diamond jewelry.
Process and record all sales transactions, including billing and payment processing.
Maintain a clean and organized display of merchandise.
Follow and prioritize security procedures to prevent loss or theft.
Professionally maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
Constantly stay updated on jewelry trends, new arrivals, and promotions.
Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions.
Trustworthy, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading (4 Cs), and other gemstones is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
