Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven
Sales Executive on a Spouse Visa
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our technical and maintenance services.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking. Promote and sell company services (MEP, HVAC, AMC contracts, fit-out, etc.) to potential clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Report daily and weekly sales activity to management.
Requirements:
Must be on
Spouse Visa
with valid UAE residency. Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services or facility management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. UAE driving license is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.What We Offer:
