Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services Identify and reach out to new markets and customer segments Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales activities Engage in warm calling techniques to build relationships with prospects Contribute to business development initiatives to expand the client base
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal Familiarity with technical sales and software solutions is advantageous Ability to conduct outbound calls effectively and achieve sales targets Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
